Recently, they installed a master bedroom closet, two other bedroom closets, and a pantry system in our new home.  They came to my home to get measurements and talk about what I needed space-wise. They submitted a proposal and drawings via e-mail which I approved. I was undergoing an extensive renovation and had a very tight window for his install. Even though they had other jobs scheduled, they were able to work with me on my install date.
